Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling and Analysis

  • Craft and maintain dynamic financial models to guide strategic decisions and long-term planning.
  • Evaluate and challenge business plan assumptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and enhance cost efficiency.
  • Prepare precise cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
  • Deliver detailed, timely financial reports to senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.


Investor Relations and Fundraising

  • Develop compelling materials to engage current and prospective equity and debt investors.
  • Coordinate and address investor queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Support fundraising efforts with meticulous financial analyses, well-crafted investment materials, and due diligence expertise.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between internal teams, advisors, and investors to foster seamless collaboration.


Strategic Support for Key Initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, offering data-driven financial insights to inform corporate strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.


What We’re Looking For


Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory services.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Expertise in financial modelling with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong command of financial statements and performance metrics.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills to distill intricate concepts into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
